Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Sysmex handles information submitted through sysmexus.com inquiry forms and related commercial communications.

1. Data we collect

Business contact fields such as name, work email, organization, country/market, product reference and free-text questions. Do not submit patient names, medical record numbers or other PHI through these forms.

2. Purpose of processing

We use submitted data to route demos, IFU/spec requests, service quotes, LIS/HL7 FHIR interface questions and quality complaint intake to the appropriate commercial or quality team.

3. Legal bases

Where GDPR or similar frameworks apply, processing is based on legitimate interests in responding to B2B inquiries and/or steps prior to entering a contract. HIPAA Business Associate terms, when required, are handled through controlled agreements—not this public form.

4. Retention

Inquiry records are retained only as long as needed for response, audit and regulatory complaint-handling obligations, then deleted or archived per Sysmex records schedules.

5. Sharing

Data may be shared with Sysmex affiliates, authorized distributors and service partners under confidentiality controls when required to fulfill your request. We do not sell personal information.

6. Security

Transmission uses industry-standard encryption in transit. Access is limited to personnel with a need to know. Networked medical devices follow separate cybersecurity documentation (SBOM, MDS²) available on controlled request.

7. Your rights

Depending on jurisdiction, you may request access, correction or deletion of personal data associated with website inquiries by contacting [email protected].
