1. Informational purpose

Content on this site is provided for professional orientation regarding In-Vitro Diagnostics & Laboratory Equipment and Patient Monitoring & Remote Care. It does not constitute medical advice, a diagnosis, or a guarantee of clinical outcomes.

2. Product labeling controls

Indications for use, contraindications, warnings, performance characteristics, assay menus and interoperability statements are controlled by the current, market-specific labeling, IFU and applicable FDA 510(k) summary, CE IVDR / CE MDR documentation. Website copy cannot override those sources.

3. No unsupported claims

Users must not treat portfolio pages as evidence of FDA approval where only FDA clearance applies, or as proof of CE certification without the specific MDR/IVDR marking applicable to the SKU.

4. Accounts and submissions

Inquiry forms must not include patient-identifiable information. You represent that submitted business contact details are accurate and that you are authorized to request documentation for your organization.

5. Intellectual property

Trademarks, trade names, layout and text are owned by Sysmex or its licensors. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial redistribution without written permission.
